SuiteVerdict Seal
The Seal is a restrained editorial mark for hotels that qualify after a Field-Tested Verdict. It is not issued for Editorial Preview pages.
Eligibility depends on actual stay data, the published Field-Tested Score, and visible disclosure of hosted stays, media rates, official imagery, sponsorship, or affiliate relationships when applicable.
Editorial Preview: Preview Score only; Seal not issued.
Field-Tested Verdict: Field-Tested Score; Seal eligibility begins at 8.0.

A. Methodology
Why SuiteVerdict Exists
Luxury hotels are often described through mood, but the booking decision depends on details that determine whether the rate feels justified.
SuiteVerdict evaluates sleep, privacy, service flow, breakfast logic, room-category choice, access, and booking value so a traveler can decide whether the stay fits the trip.
02
Verdict Status System
Editorial Preview means a page is based on public information, brand positioning, room-category structure, destination logic, and booking-value reasoning.
Field-Tested Verdict is used only when SuiteVerdict has actual stay data. Hosted stay, media rate, sponsor support, and affiliate relationships are disclosed when applicable.
03
What SuiteVerdict Evaluates
The evaluation model covers Sleep Quality, Towel & Bath Standard, Room Tech, Quiet & Privacy, Pool & Wellness, Breakfast Standard, Service Flow, Location Logic, Booking Value, and Overall Worth.
Booking Value is not a lowest-price score. It asks whether rate, inclusions, cancellation terms, benefits, transfer burden, and trip purpose work together.
E. Corrections Policy
Corrections Policy
SuiteVerdict corrects factual errors when room categories, facilities, benefits, access, or public policies change.
Fair editorial judgment is not removed because a hotel, agency, or partner disagrees with the verdict.
Include hotel name, destination, source link, and the exact correction requested.
F. Image / Media Asset Policy
Image / Media Asset Policy
SuiteVerdict does not publish unlicensed hotel imagery. Approved media-kit assets, written permission, licensed imagery, or directly owned photography are required.
If approved imagery is unavailable, SuiteVerdict uses intentional editorial placeholders rather than broken or unauthorized visuals.
G. Field-Tested Claim Policy
Field-Tested Claim Policy
First-hand claims require actual stay data. Preview pages must not imply SuiteVerdict experienced room condition, breakfast, service flow, soundproofing, wellness facilities, or sleep quality.
When field-tested data exists, the page must identify what was actually observed and disclose hosted stays, media rates, or sponsor support.
H. Commercial Independence Policy
Commercial Independence Policy
Affiliate links, hosted stays, media rates, official imagery, logistics, or sponsorship may support access or production. They cannot change the score, criticism, alternatives, or verdict.
Commercial support is disclosed close to the relevant content and never hidden inside schema or footer-only language.
I. Hotel Partnership Contact
Hotel Partnership Contact
Hotels, PR agencies, tourism boards, and destination partners may contact SuiteVerdict for media-kit requests, official image access, field-tested planning, media rates, and disclosed sponsorship conversations.
Before outreach, include hotel name, destination, role, requested support, preferred dates, and approved media asset availability.
